Anacortes' Parker Mong ran 15:27.3 to win the boys 2A state title at the Washington WIAA Cross Country State Championships at the Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco, Wash., becoming the first Seahawk since Dylan Holland won the individual crown in 2015.
